Who runs this site

Stellarock Industries is a player-run organization. This website is a community inventory tracker and request portal. It is not operated, sponsored, endorsed, or guaranteed by Roberts Space Industries, Cloud Imperium Games, Discord, or another player marketplace. Star Citizen and related names, logos, game artwork, and virtual items remain subject to their owners’ rights and the RSI terms. Our website terms do not override the game’s rules.

Listings and requests

All listed prices are estimates expressed only in Star Citizen alpha UEC (aUEC). We do not collect real-world money through this site. The cart’s “checkout” sends a request to the crew and reserves a quantity in this website’s records. It does not charge you, transfer virtual goods, or complete a purchase in the game. A crew member must confirm any arrangement separately, and may decline a request. A closed order restores its reserved site quantity; a fulfilled order does not.

Inventory counts, quality, prices, game locations, and delivery times are supplied by players and may be inaccurate or change. Items and aUEC may be lost or reset during game development. No listing guarantees that an item is owned by a player, is transferable, or will remain available. Never provide your RSI password, authentication codes, payment card information, or real-world payment for a site request.

Accounts and conduct

Sign-in uses Discord when available. Org members supply an RSI handle, and authorized leaders assign ranks and permissions. Do not impersonate another player, post another person’s private information, misuse the request system, or submit unlawful, infringing, or abusive material. Org leadership may moderate listings, requests, images, and site access. Users must follow the applicable RSI and Discord rules independently.

Photos and other submissions

Only upload images and text you have the right to share, and avoid identifying or sensitive personal information. You allow Stellarock to host and display your submissions as needed to run the site and review requests. You retain any rights you have in your own content. If you believe a listing or image infringes your rights, contact org leadership with its URL and your concern.

Privacy and contact

Read our privacy notice for account and request data practices. To contact site leadership about a listing, these terms, or a privacy request, reach the moderators through the Stellarock Discord server or the RSI organization page. Send sensitive account details only in a private message to an administrator, never in a public channel. We may update these terms on this page as site features change.
